this song makes me feel like i’m staring out from a skyscraper looking over a city at night. i start to fall, but i stop falling. i don’t know what caught me, so i look around, and see that i’m still falling, just really slowly. i see the girl i love, even though she doesn’t want me. i see my best friends, i see my future. it all flashes in front of me, and there’s nothing i can do. it all just goes on. it makes me realize that i can’t do a thing to change what’s happening. i’m still falling.
